Crytech is extremely proud to announce our newest release of our custom control panel. This extremely useful tool allows users to easily manage their crytech domain and hosting accounts. Users can easily view their available web space, manage their email accounts, view web statistics, change usernames/passwords, and even make payments online. There is no extra software to install and is provided to all of our valued clients at no extra charge.

Users can log into their control panel simply by going to www.crytech.com and entering their client assigned username and password in the area marked "Client Access" on the left hand side of the page.

The main screen of the control panel displays just about anything users will need to know about their domain and hosting packages. The website's IP Address, billing period, disk usage, space available, email accounts, and databases are displayed for users quick viewing. Along with website information, all of the client's account information that crytech has on file is also displayed. Clients are encouraged to help us ensure this data is up-to-date so any crytech communication is received successfully.

Users can effectively manage their email accounts online using the new control panel. Users can create and edit email accounts, change passwords, setup email forwards, and more. Checking email online has never been easier with the crytech's new webmail interface SquirelMail. Users are provided a new level of online email control with advanced email sorting, more intuitive email search, and a fully integrated address book. The best part is users can check their mail from anywhere in the world as long as there is an Internet connection.

NOTE: The existing webmail service OMail will be discontinued August 1, 2006. Users are encouraged to move to the new SquirelMail product. Contact crytech with any questions.

Changing the username and password has never been easier with the Crytech control panel. Clients can change passwords for  FTP access, FrontPage access, email accounts, or even database accounts. Crytech still recommends using a strong username and complex password to protect client's public information online. We'll take the guesswork out and help you create a strong easy to remember username and password.

For the first time ever, clients now have the ability to view their Crytech statements online. Through the control panel, clients may now view, print, and even pay their Crytech statements online.  Payments happen in real time and are processed completely securely. Clients may also opt-in to have their statements emailed to them. Each month when statements are mailed, the statement will be sent electronically (as a .pdf attachment) directly to the primary contact on the account information section of the control panel. Clients are encouraged to help us ensure this information is up-to-date, please login and view your information and update it if needed.
