
Crytech provides POP3 and IMAP services for your email mailbox. With POP3 and IMAP, you can configure your mail client to download your email message to your local email manager or wireless device. Here are our server settings you will need during this setup:
POP3 Server: mail.crytech.com (port
110)
IMAP Server: mail.crytech.com (port 143)
SMTP Server: smtp.crytech.com (port 25, requires authentication)
Username: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
Your password is setup at the time your email mailbox is setup. If you are
unsure of your email password, you can
login to your control panel to
reset your password. Or, contact us and we can help
you reset your password.
We've successfully tested these email settings with the following email clients. Follow the instructions for your specific email client installed on your computer. Consult your documentation or help file if your email client is not listed.

Please note that your access to our Crytech.com mail servers is limited to your ISP or Internet connection. To prevent SPAM bots and malicious activity, some ISP's restrict access to various outbound Internet ports including the one's specified above. These restrictions can possibly prevent you from either accessing or sending mail correctly. Consult your ISP terms and conditions agreements or use our online webmail service.

You can check your email from anywhere in the world. Simply login at www.crytech.com and enter your email address and password in the webmail form at the top of the page to login.
